Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Websites and Digital Marketing for eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Direct-to-Operator (D2O) and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) web store operations, including product management and website performance
- Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs, managing web performance metrics and customer satisfaction surveys
- Manage website strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field with 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and website management, including Content Management Systems
- Expertise in digital analytics reporting and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of SEO and website accessibility standards
