Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to support internal communications and foster engagement within online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate internal community platforms to ensure a safe and engaging environment
- Engage with users by responding to questions and encouraging participation
- Compile weekly lists of unanswered questions for subject matter experts
Qualifications:
- Experience in community management, moderation, or online engagement (required)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Previous experience with internal communication platforms or closed communities is a plus
- Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
