A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across various platforms to acquire new customers and drive revenue
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns focusing on key performance metrics
- Analyze performance data and A/B test results to improve KPIs and create reports highlighting insights
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in D2C eCommerce
- Proven experience scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Reddit Ads
- Ability to manage multiple accounts across different brands
- Experience in global markets with knowledge of international targeting and localization
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze large datasets
