Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Operations Engineer to join their Product Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer and technical incidents across communication channels
- Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents while contributing to Problem Management
- Build and maintain monitoring solutions, analyze data for product improvements, and configure digital tools
Required Qualifications
- Extensive SQL knowledge and experience with complex queries
- Experience in an operational role
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience with REST API development (preferable)
- Experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Portal and C#, .Net, and Angular.js (preferable)
