Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a digital portfolio strategy for manufacturing aligned with business goals
• Create strategic roadmaps and manage the tactical execution of digital initiatives
• Oversee budget allocation and resource management across the digital portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of seven years of experience in manufacturing operations, digital transformation, or IT project management
• At least three years of experience with MES software and knowledge of SCADA, HMI platforms, and OPC-UA
• Experience working in an Agile team-based environment for a minimum of seven years
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and ROI analysis
