Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Digital Specialist to develop and drive IT strategy for Crop Science Vegetables R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch IT solutions for Veg R&D product pipelines
• Drive project management of digital platforms and develop operational IT workflows
• Serve as the primary contact between IT and business users, enhancing awareness of project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• PhD +3 years, MS +6 years, or BS +8 years in Data, Decision Science, Agriculture, Biological Science, or related field
• Demonstrated R&D domain knowledge in lab and field experiment management
• Applied knowledge of experimental design and breeding methods with a strong background in statistics
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management
• Proven project leadership skills and ability to develop partnerships with cross-functional teams
