- Follow up with prospective clients and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Upsell services and develop proposals while overseeing client hand-off from sales to production teams
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide timely responses to client inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Experience with HTML/CSS; PHP/MySQL preferred
- Background in online marketing, particularly SEO and Google Ads
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
