Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage day-to-day client needs
- Develop and implement client marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Oversee successful client implementation and operations, including periodic review meetings and reporting metrics
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in an account management role in Agency, Consultancy, or marketing
- Experience in the building industry or related multi-channel/multi-audience industry preferred
- Background in marketing, including product or brand management support experience
- Knowledge of developing go-to-market strategies and understanding of digital marketing
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred
