A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist to act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to develop processes for service quality and solutions, communicating requirements to production/service providers
- Manage high-profile accounts, overseeing the production process from point of sale to final delivery and recommending process improvements
- Maintain communication with customers, sales, and manufacturing, facilitating the resolution of production-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to identify critical elements and develop effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize resources and implement solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MAC, and other technical tools
- Experience mentoring junior team members in tools and systems
