Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Specialist to act as a liaison between customers, sales, and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales to develop processes for service quality and solutions, communicating requirements to production/service providers
  • Manage high-profile accounts, overseeing the production process from point of sale to final delivery and recommending process improvements
  • Maintain communication with customers, sales, and manufacturing, facilitating the resolution of production-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to identify critical elements and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize resources and implement solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MAC, and other technical tools
  • Experience mentoring junior team members in tools and systems
