Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager responsible for developing high-trust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Stay informed on industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for customers
- Lead internal teams to ensure high-quality work and drive annual open enrollment success
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. required
- 10+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Experience managing complex customer accounts
- Preferred: MBA and/or PMP Certification and/or GBA/CEBS
- Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, or SaaS preferred
