Key Responsibilities
- Expand client accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure client retention and secure contract renewals through proactive collaboration
- Manage overall client relationships to enhance satisfaction and service adoption
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or consulting
- 5+ years of experience in selling technology services, including software support
- Experience in post-sales customer-facing roles for at least 5 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA is desirable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and retention targets
