Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Client Managers and Support Analysts, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of team requests
- Oversee meeting quality and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle performance
- Analyze financial performance and trends to create actionable initiatives for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in physician practice management or a senior-level position with professional fee responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required within 6 months of hire
- Advanced knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4 coding, and medical insurance terminology
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical skills
