A company is looking for a Regional Manager of Client Experience to lead a team of Account Managers and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the success and professional growth of a team of Digital Account Managers
- Oversee daily activities and digital marketing performance to identify expansion opportunities and churn risks
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex customer issues and implement effective solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Proven experience managing a large client portfolio in a digital marketing or SaaS environment, preferably in automotive tech
- Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including Search, Programmatic, and Social Media
- Experience in coaching and mentoring Account Managers while tracking performance metrics
- Familiarity with Account Management best practices and ability to teach these methods
- Data-driven decision-making combined with a human-oriented approach to relationship management
