Key Responsibilities

• Manage top 5 enterprise accounts, including account planning and marketing strategy
• Engage with CxO executives to understand business drivers and challenges
• Resolve customer escalations by mobilizing necessary resources and partners

• Proven experience in account management or sales in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of value selling methodologies
• Experience engaging with senior executives in enterprise settings
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Experience in managing complex customer relationships
