Key Responsibilities
- Lead Account Managers in servicing clients and build relationships with assigned clients
- Prepare insurance proposals and communicate clients' needs to insurance carriers
- Assist in organizing renewal meetings and research appropriate insurance products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College Graduate with a Brokers License
- At least 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty field
- Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with vendor management systems
- Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks effectively
