Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to join their dynamic Partner Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Partnership KPIs and co-lead quarterly business reviews and monthly executive updates
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships by understanding their strategic plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all organizational levels
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management or partner management
- Operational experience in shipping, logistics, and/or 3PL industries
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, start-up environment
- Strong understanding of core 3PL financial and performance drivers
- Proven ability to provide partner support, including training and technical assistance
