Key Responsibilities
- Maintains contract knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant information for customers
- Performs administrative updates and assists with system enhancement development and testing
- Retrieves and resolves customer inquiries and issues while providing backup support to other positions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2-4 years of related experience required
- Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role highly preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
