A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise builder partners to enhance their experience and optimize return on investment
- Lead campaign performance discussions, quarterly business reviews, and educational sessions on product insights
- Manage onboarding, technical support issues, and cross-functional problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with enterprise-level clients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Asana
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
