Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Enterprise builder partners to enhance their experience and optimize return on investment
  • Lead campaign performance discussions, quarterly business reviews, and educational sessions on product insights
  • Manage onboarding, technical support issues, and cross-functional problem resolution


Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management with enterprise-level clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Asana
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
