A company is looking for an Intermediate Account Manager - Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships
- Coordinate with management to research issues and negotiate resolutions
- Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and maintain action plans for client retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
- Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in the retirement or financial services industry
- Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
- Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
