Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Account Lead Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee insurance follow-up and collections, including payment research and documentation
- Provide coaching and training to staff, including participation in new hire interviewing
- Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and assist team members
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 3-6 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
- Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in PC and MS Outlook
- Experience with insurance billing, collections, and terminology
