Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to oversee client relationships and marketing initiatives for a health client.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to implement best practices
• Assist clients in drafting marketing and campaign platform use cases
• Collaborate with creative agencies to standardize email content production in a regulated environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 6+ years of experience in email and SMS campaign production management
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Content Builder, and Journey Builder
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients and regulatory review processes
• Experience managing large teams, both on- and off-shore
