Key Responsibilities
- Support client relationships and manage client retention efforts
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to sales and service
- Develop financial, sales, and activity reports to enhance business performance
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of analytical or sales support experience, preferably in stop loss or healthcare
- Ability to obtain a Health & Life license within six months
- Proficiency in data analytics tools, including Power BI and Excel
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
