A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary liaison between clients and the RCM team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data analysis, reports, and recommendations for improvement
- Manage audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to uphold performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing and practice management
- 3+ years in a client-facing role with proven account management skills
- Proficient in healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical skills
