Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships
- Research issues and negotiate problem resolution in coordination with management
- Deliver accurate information and address client needs to enhance service and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
- Two years of customer relationship experience or experience in the retirement or financial services industry
- Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
- Ability to align behaviors with the company's Future Fit Culture
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and processing capabilities related to retirement plans
