Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within your portfolio
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or New Business Development
- Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
- Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
- Strong business acumen and comfort selling to C-Level executives, general counsel, and compliance directors
- General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges
