Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of e-commerce clients, providing guidance and performance insights
- Support client retention by responding to needs and creating a positive experience
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in account management or client success, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Experience in supporting and expanding client relationships
- Familiarity with retention strategies and client engagement best practices
- Comfortable working with KPIs and creating client-facing reports
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and analytics platforms
