Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Technical Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of people managers overseeing global Technical Account Managers (TAMs)
- Drive alignment between TAM efforts and broader Customer Success, Product, and Sales strategies
- Develop and execute playbooks for customer adoption, expansion, and value realization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture roles, with at least 3 years in people leadership
- Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams focused on technical adoption and account growth
- Deep understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders
- Analytical and process-oriented with a data-driven approach to performance and customer impact
