Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants and partners, managing technical relationships
- Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve critical technical issues while collaborating with various teams
- Oversee integration health monitoring and drive new product adoption with merchant partners
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in business-level English
- Experience in e-commerce, including Payments and Order Management systems
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Computer science degree preferred
- Experience in a multi-project B2B environment
