Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex client accounts and develop processes for favorable client relationships
- Renew, expand, and convert service relationships with existing customers
- Evaluate customer needs and propose potential solutions while achieving revenue-based quotas
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or developer relations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner accounts concurrently
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tools
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in a relevant field
