Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex client accounts and develop processes for favorable client relationships
• Renew, expand, and convert service relationships with existing customers
• Evaluate customer needs and propose potential solutions while achieving revenue-based quotas

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or developer relations
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner accounts concurrently
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar Client Relationship Management tools
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in a relevant field
