Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Partnership Executive to oversee and support a portfolio of clients in the North Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing consultative support and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Oversee customer engagement, relationship health, and performance metrics to drive retention and account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and promote product utilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or revenue cycle management
- Working knowledge of 340B program operations and/or revenue integrity practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics CRM
