Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients
• Process policy changes, market new and renewal business, and assist clients with claims

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license
• Knowledge of AMS360 or EPIC Agency Management System preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
