Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the account while managing client relationships
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency by establishing key performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and profit/loss management, while ensuring compliance and risk management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate
- Proven experience in developing outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for large companies
- Extensive experience in hiring and managing large teams in a client service environment
- Experience managing complex regional budgets
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or post-graduate studies preferred
