Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
- Provide GRC expertise and technical advice to optimize Risk Cloud applications for customers
- Manage customer health, track engagement, and conduct training for users on the Risk Cloud platform
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
- Experience in supporting sales and business development efforts
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications and the Risk Cloud platform
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
