Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Stop Loss - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall service experience and customer needs for existing accounts through proactive account management
- Oversee the renewal process and collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to retain profitable accounts
- Lead new client onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition from point of sale to contract delivery
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required
- Must have or acquire a Resident Life/Health license within 6 months of start date
- Demonstrated ability to build productive partnerships with internal and external clients
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
