We are looking for an exceptional people person as our Client Success Manager. This candidate should be a stellar communicator who loves connecting with others, both with individuals and with organizations, and who can build long-lasting relationships. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

• Be Rise’s frontman to our valued clients!
• Design client success management tools and systems to ensure our customers continue to Rise up
• Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with external partners 
• Develop a strong understanding of the roadmap to drive growth through customer success
