Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Accounts Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical account plans to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Maintain proactive client relationships and oversee technical account management to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Act as a liaison with Product Management to represent customer needs and provide white glove technology support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in technical account management or customer relationship management
• 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience
• Proven track record of building satisfied and loyal customers
• Strong operational and analytical abilities
