• Build understanding of contract scope and end user computing services
• Engage with stakeholders to monitor and improve service provision
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years in a related technical environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in gap/trend analysis and problem resolution
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is preferred
