Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager- Health Plan/PBM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage end-to-end client relationships
- Present analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership while co-creating marketing and engagement strategies
- Lead collaboration efforts across various internal functions to address client needs
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in health tech or management consulting
- Bachelor's Degree at minimum
- Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape and key payer processes
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations for improvement
