Job Summary
A company is looking for a National Account Service Manager to join their Workplace Solutions Team in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers managing group benefits plan administration
- Provide education and support on products and services to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management aligned with the role's responsibilities
- Must obtain an insurance license within the first 3 months of onboarding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in a customer and/or broker facing role is preferred
