Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall account health, from onboarding and training to retention and expansion
- Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and drive customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in client-facing roles, preferably as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience with remote teams and managing complex projects
- Background in onboarding and training, particularly in the SaaS industry
- Ability to convey technical needs and translate between business and technical units
- Willingness to travel occasionally (10% or less)
