Job Summary
A company is looking for a Select Associate Account Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager in desk management and customer service for clients
- Assist in the renewal process and manage policy discrepancies and endorsements
- Develop relationships with clients, carriers, and team members while maintaining agency management systems
Required Qualifications
- 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
- Possess a current and active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in data entry and technology-based tools
- Ability to comply with all applicable policies and procedures
