Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager I GSI.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of inforce groups, including renewals and plan design changes
- Maintain and grow distribution partner relationships
- Ensure timely, high-quality administrative support and communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of customer care or operational experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting/cleaning)
- Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and act on business and customer data
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is preferred
