Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient account coordination, including insurance verification, denials management, and collections
- Review clinical information to ensure compliance with medical necessity criteria and NCCN guidelines
- Train staff on policies and procedures while serving as a resource for the team on medical records and appeals
Required Qualifications
- Some college hours in business, finance, or accounting preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines with consistent accuracy
- Experience in claims procedures and insurance company regulations
