Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring quality service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and track service performance
- Participate in client meetings to review service performance and assist in resolving escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or client services; experience in HR services is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel as needed
