Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and support sessions with customers
- Work with product engineers on customer use cases and feedback
- Establish and maintain system configurations and provide expertise on product integrations
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of enterprise-level experience in Revenue and Finance solutions
- Experience in customer-facing solution delivery within a professional services organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
- Experience with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, or another programming language
