A company is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant, Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Manage ongoing operations meetings to address critical topics, projects, and customer needs
- Drive annual open enrollment success by developing actionable steps and coordinating resources
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
- Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare preferred
- Experience managing a complex portfolio of customers
- High school diploma or GED required; related B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
- Ability to develop strategies that drive success through delivering value to customers
