Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild relationships with agents and enhance engagement in programs
- Create and maintain educational materials and scalable outreach templates
- Track agent behavior, program usage, and conversion rates while reporting on KPIs
Qualifications
- 2+ years in account management, sales, or partner enablement
- Experience supporting or training external partners, vendors, or agents
- Organized and proactive with follow-through capabilities
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot or Airtable
- Real estate industry experience or experience working with licensed agents is highly desirable
