Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated territory of accounts with associated revenue and sales quota
- Act as the primary contact for resolving customer issues and coordinating with support teams
- Identify new customers and pursue upsell opportunities to increase customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management with direct ownership of a sales quota
- Preferred experience in the auto industry and lubricant sales
- High proficiency in utilizing Excel for sales reporting
- Ability to communicate in both English and French
- Proven track record for completing projects within deadlines
