Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Representative to provide exceptional service to its largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account maintenance calls and execute contract business cases and account plans
- Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service level, financial objectives, and quality standards
- Educate key personnel at customer locations and support customer onboarding and product introductions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in client/customer management
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in preparing, managing, and presenting customer reporting
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or JDE is a plus
