A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage client program setup, operations, and reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Lead client review meetings to inform clients on strategy, value, and program metrics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in an account management role in agency or marketing environments
- Experience in the building industry or related multi-channel/multi-audience sectors is preferred
- Background in marketing, including product or brand management support
- Familiarity with digital marketing and ability to analyze program metrics for insights
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields; MBA preferred
